How do you like your sourdough bread? Sourdough can transport me back to the Seattle waterfront. I loved to order crab or mussels, a nice glass of sauvignon blanc or a chardonnay, a crisp romaine salad with roasted hazelnuts and of course, sourdough bread. I loved to sit outside looking over the water watching the recreational boaters and the commercial fishermen, the seagulls and terns, and appreciate the cool breeze. Don’t you just love when eating a favorite food, or even smelling a particular flower or other aromatic, can transport you back to a favorite memory?
